Magento is another excellent alternative. It has loads of free features to help you run and manage your online store, it's secure, and it's very flexible. Good list. Keep in mind that when considering OpenCart, there is a fork of it called Avastta. There are some nice benefits of this version. In addition, many of the Open Source CMS have some eCommerce plugins. Such as Expression Engine, ProcessWire, Drupal, etc.
