ShipFusion is an order and returns fulfillment solution and inventory management service that owns and manages its warehouses in the US and Canada. Its dashboard looks intuitive, and its reporting capabilities seem impressive. Lastly, it integrates with several reliable eCommerce platforms, online marketplace, and payment solutions. However, itโ€™s a shame ShipFusion isnโ€™t transparent about its pricing nor has an online help center.

That said, if your customers are based in the US or Canada, it might be worth reaching out to ShipFusion for a quote to get a feel for whether ShipFusion offers good value for money.

Also founded in 2014, ShipFusion offers customers tailored inventory management, eCommerce fulfillment, and shipping solutions to suit different business models. Its website refers explicitly to working with retail companies, subscription services, and crowdfunding campaigns. 

Interestingly, all ShipFusion warehouses are managed solely by their employees, with no third-party involvement.

  • ShipFusion employees, not third-party operators, manage each warehouse, and eachย warehouseย is temperature-controlled so that any goods stored donโ€™t exceed 68 Fahrenheit. Temperatures are continuously monitored using smart thermostat technology. Food-grade storage is also available, which is suitable for supplements and nutraceuticals.
  • ShipFusion offers cold storage shipping.
  • You can access a fully managed and bespoke eCommerce order fulfillment service that includes a choice of how orders are picked (individually vs. bulk), packaging, inventory storage, and shipping. ShipFusion reviewers on Trustpilot give it an overall 4.5 stars out of five, with reviewers praising its order fulfillment accuracy and customer service. However, there were only 29 reviews on Trustpilot (at the time of writing), and the most recent review was published in January 2022. 

Elsewhere, Capterra reviewers give it 4.7 stars out of five, but some say the software has a learning curve. Again, itโ€™s worth noting that there were only 20 reviews on Capterra at the time of writing, and the most recent review was published three years ago!

Regrettably, neither offers much in the way of pricing transparency. However, Itโ€™s good news that both integrate with popular eCommerce solutions (but ShipBob offers the greatest choice). Similarly, itโ€™s ShipBob with fulfillment centers outside of North America – unfortunately, this doesnโ€™t seem to be something ShipFusion offers.
