Eprolo Review (2023): What We Know About This Dropshipping App

Anyone interested in dropshipping as a business model knows the potential pitfalls: unreliable shipping times, unstable supply chains, and of course, the difficulty in finding good quality products at affordable prices. 

This is where sourcing a reliable, one-stop dropshipping platform comes into its own. 

Here I'm looking at one such contender: Eprolo. In this Eprolo review, I’ll walk you through what it is, its features, and its prices.

However, if you don't have time to read my entire Eprolo review, here are a few of my key takeaways:

Eprolo is a free-to-use dropshipping platform that offers products across 107 niches. It integrates with WooCommerce, Shopify, Amazon Marketplace, and several other eCommerce platforms. This makes it a good choice for those dropshipping on a budget. 

There’s a 30-day shipping guarantee with a full refund if this deadline is missed. Order processing typically takes 2-3 days, and shipping usually takes 5-15 days. 

Eprolo also offers a paid branding service where you can customize labels, hangtags, product packaging, etc., with your brand. Plus, there’s a print-on-demand service offering 1,500+ customizable products. 

That's enough preamble; let's get into my Eprolo review!

But first:

What is Dropshipping? 

In brief, it’s a way of selling products online without storing them in a warehouse or shelling out tons of money upfront for stock. Instead, you work with dropshipping suppliers to source products to add to your online store. Then, when a customer buys from you, the order is automatically sent to the dropshipping supplier to be fulfilled. 

This means you don’t have to pick, pack, store, or ship anything. Instead, you can focus on sales, marketing, and customer service. 

So, where does Eprolo fit in with this scenario? 

What is Eprolo?

In a nutshell, Eprolo is a free dropshipping and print-on-demand platform based in Shenzhen, China, that also offers a branding service. 

You can use Eprolo to source products from 107 niches to sell on your website and online marketplace listings. All without the faff of handling order fulfillment and shipping because Eprolo does that for you!

It’s used by 300,000+ entrepreneurs and has fulfilled over 30 million orders since 2015. It’s also worth noting that over 1,000 customers have used its branding service. 

Eprolo integrates with several eCommerce platforms, including eBay and Shopify. 

The platform has warehouses in China, the US, and the UK, with various products stored in each location, ready to be fulfilled and shipped to your customers.

How Does Eprolo Work? 

Our focus in this review is on Eprolo’s dropshipping offer. 

Eprolo’s dropshipping products are organized into ten main categories and 107 sub-categories. 

The main categories include:

• Home improvement
• Consumer electronics
• Sports and outdoors
• Home and accessories
• Jewelry and accessories
• Beauty and health
• Fashion and clothing
• Shoes and bags

Eprolo’s product catalog is extensive; there are thousands of items to choose from! 

You can filter items by category or view the entire catalog in order of lowest to highest product price, most popular, and newest to arrive. 

The cheapest product I saw (at the time of writing) was the WIFI infrared Bluetooth LED Strip 5050 2835RGB Indoor And Outdoor Ambient Decorative Non-Waterproof Strip Light Set for $0.37, but that price doesn’t include shipping. 

How to Start Using Eprolo

You can integrate Eprolo with Shopify, WooCommerce, eBay, Etsy, Amazon, and ecommerce website builders Shoplazza and Shopline. You can also access Eprolo API and integrate Eprolo with AliExpress dropshipping. The latter empowers you to import up to 100 million products which you can then manage via your Eprolo dashboard.

So, let’s say, for example, you have a Shopify store. In that case, head to the Shopify App Store and download and install the Eprolo app for free. 

To sign up with Eprolo, register an account on their website. You’ll be asked to add an email address and password and answer a few eCommerce-related questions. 

Once you’re in, it’s time to:

Find Products to Sell

Although you can explore Eprolo products without registering for an account, it makes sense to register for free. Namely, because you can see what Eprolo looks like, including its dashboard. You can find products to sell and manage your account from the dashboard, including viewing order numbers, how orders have been fulfilled, and FAQs.

Let’s turn our attention back to Eprolo’s product catalog. As well as scouring product categories, you can type keywords into the search bar to narrow your search. 

When you click on an item that interests you, you’ll see the following info on the product page:

• Product price
• Description
• Estimated shipping time and price
• Available sizes
• Product weight
• Order processing time

Regarding shipping time and price, select which country you want the item shipped to, and you’ll see an option for shipping types, their costs, and times. 

To illustrate this, I opted for a French Paris Style Autumn/Winter Skinny Side Split Knitted Dress High-Quality Black/White Collision Stripes Fashion Women Robe retailing at $30.66. 

Once you’ve found a product you want to sell, click “Add to import list,” the product will appear in your dashboard's Product section and Import List sub-section.

You can now edit the product details, including price, a product description, and choose which images you wish to add. Eprolo suggests a product retail price, but you can modify this if you want. 

Once happy, click the green ‘Push to Store’ button. It’s that simple!

Eprolo Pricing

Registering with Eprolo dropshipping and Eprolo Branding is free; no subscription plans exist. 

However, it’s worth noting there are five Eprolo account types:

1. V1: for merchants with a $0-3,000 monthly spend with Eprolo and a 500 limit on the number of Eprolo products you can import
2. V2: for merchants with a $3-5,000 monthly spend with Eprolo and a 1,000 product limit 
3. V3: for merchants with a $5-10,000 monthly spend with Eprolo and a 1,500 product limit
4. V4: for merchants with a $10,000-20,000 monthly spend and a 2,000 product limit
5. V5: for merchants with a $20,000+ monthly spend and unlimited product limit

As you may have already guessed, you have to meet the above-mentioned sales thresholds to be able to extend your product import limits. 

While there are no subscription plans, if you want products to reflect your brand, you can utilize Eprolo’s paid-for branding feature (we go into this a bit further down). 

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Options

Once Eprolo’s received payment for the product and shipping fees for your customer’s order, Eprolo gets straight to work. They’ll undertake quality control checks before products are packaged and shipped from one of their Chinese or US warehouses. 

Then, when an order is ready to go out, Eprolo’s system generates a tracking number sent to you so that you can track its delivery status. Eprolo also automates tracking information on your online store, so you don’t have to email customers individually.

Order processing times vary. However, you can see estimates on individual product pages. But typically, it’s around 2-3 days. In addition, you have to factor in shipping times (the average of which is 5-15 days). 

Eprolo offers customers a 30-day shipping guarantee, and if it misses that delivery deadline, Eprolo provides a full refund. 

From your dashboard, you can manage your shipping. At this point, I think it’s worth highlighting that Eprolo offers Express Shipping, which includes the following:

• US Express: Average delivery time 7-12 days
• Canada Express: Average delivery time 8-15 days
• UK Express: Average delivery time 6-10 days 
• AU Express: Average delivery time 7-9 days

There may be delays of 3-5 days during the holiday season and Black Friday events. 

Eprolo Print-on-Demand

Eprolo partners with Inkeyjoy to offer a POD service that you can use to customize 1,500+ products, including apparel, hats, shoes, socks, and more.  

You can access this via Eprolo’s homepage under the ‘Print on Demand’ tab. Inkedjoy is a separate Eprolo app that can also be downloaded from popular eCommerce platform app stores. 

For example, I found it in the Shopify app store. It also integrates with WooCommerce and Etsy. 

Eprolo Branding Dropshipping

When you sign up for Eprolo, you can access its Branded Dropshipping feature from your dashboard. Alternatively, if you haven’t signed up, you can read about it by clicking the Services tab on Eprolo’s home page. 

This service gives you that added extra when selling to customers. 

How? 

By adding your logo to products, customized labels, hangtags, packing bags, gift cards, and scotch tape.

There’s no minimum order quantity for this service. But, as for cost, there are two plans available:

1. Junior Lifetime Membership: Aimed at smaller online businesses and beginners; $19.90 for a Lifetime subscription
2. Senior Lifetime Membership: Aimed at experts and those with 10+ daily orders: $99 a year

In each case, you gain access to:

• Custom labels
• Custom hangtags
• Custom packing bags
• Custom gift cards
• Custom scotch tape

Eprolo Customer Support

Eprolo has an online Help Center where you can scroll through blog posts on different uncategorized topics. Or you can type in a question in the search bar at the top of the page. 

But unfortunately, finding answers to basic questions using the latter method resulted in no information. 

For example, I searched the Help Center for shipping information by typing “shipping” into the search bar. I got no results…other than lots of articles about dropshipping. 

There are links from Eprolo’s homepage that take you to specific “how to” pages depending on which eCommerce platform you’re using. For example, there’s a step-by-step walkthrough for how to start dropshipping for Shopify store owners.

Also, at the bottom of the home page, there are three guides:

• Start dropshipping for free
• Use Eprolo to build brand
• Find dropshipping products

Alternatively, if you would prefer to speak to a member of Eprolo’s customer support team, there’s a customer service email: [email protected] – but no information about response times. 

However, when you register for an account, you receive an automated email from your account manager. 

My automated email pointed me toward my dashboard, where I saw that I could reach “Rick,” my account manager, to send him a message. The stated response time is 24 hours. However, on Eprolo’s home page, contradictory information states that customer support is 24/7, so the jury is out on this one. 

…In other words, Eprolo's customer support offering seems a bit thin on the ground.

So that’s the end of my Eprolo review. Hopefully, you now have a better idea of what this platform offers and whether it’s the right fit for your new dropshipping business. 

On the plus side, Eprolo offers a wide choice of products and a simple-to-use dashboard. It integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, and many other marketplace platforms. I also liked that it has a transparent shipping and refund guarantee.

However, I found the website difficult to understand and somewhat rambling. Plus, a couple of recent customer reviews left on Shopify’s App Store gave us cause for concern. 

With that said, I’d recommend signing up for free and exploring Eprolo for yourself, then comparing it to competing dropshipping apps, like Spocket, to see which is best for your needs.
