Will I have 100% ownership?

Absolutely. When we deliver the store to you, we transfer the ownership rights. You become the sole owner of the store.

When will I get my store?

72 hours. We believe in quality and speed. Once you have made the payment, we will do our best to deliver the store as soon as possible, without compromising the quality. That being said, with our previous orders, the delivery time averages around 48 hours.

Do you provide supplier details?

Yes. If you're looking to start a dropshipping store, we'll provide you with a vetted list of reliable and fast dropshipping suppliers. These suppliers have been tested thoroughly to meet the high standards required by your customers.

Please note, these suppliers work independently and have their own acceptance policy and terms of service. We have no control over this, and hence, cannot guarantee your acceptance on behalf of these suppliers.

Will I be able to manage my store on my own?

Yes. The user-friendly store interface makes it effortless for anyone to manage the storefront. Additionally, we also provide you with a starter guide to make it even easier to manage your store.

What is not included with your service?

We provide you with all the tools and resources that you would need to launch your online store quickly and headache-free. That being said, because we only charge a one-time fee, there are a couple of features that are not included in our service.

We do not:
1. Provide personal support after the transfer of ownership.
2. Create your account on the suppliers' websites.

Am I in a contract with you?

No. You only pay a one-time, flat fee for our services. There are no contracts or recurring charges from our end.

Can I get a refund?

Surely. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community of store owners and entrepreneurs. If you are not satisfied with our bundle, contact us within 30 days of placing your order to allow us to resolve any issues. If the problem is still not resolved, we will give you a full refund.

However, we may deny a refund in the following situations:
1. You are past the 30-day refund policy.
2. You have changed your mind about your plan.
3. You bought a plan by mistake.
4. You request a refund based on your store sales.
5. You don't want to subscribe/use Shopify.
6. You are not approved by the supplier.
