I had my design printed on the hemp tote bag, and it turned out wonderfully. My pixel art is true to the .png I sent in, including the shades of the colors! I really liked the guidance provided during the ordering process about the ideal printing style to use on each garment / item. While the shipping took 9 days longer for this “sample” size order (in this case, it’s a 1 of 1 piece) than estimated, I appreciate that Apliiq takes the time to do their work properly. Great quality item, looks exactly as depicted and feels top tier. I wish the printing came out a bit brighter, may be a bit duller than expected bc it was printed on the Cypress color, which is fairly dark. Nonetheless, I thought transfer prints come out brighter than DTG, and these were transfer. Other than that, everything else is excellent.

Material and printing was awesome, great quality, only downside is it took 3 weeks for my customers to get their orders. I have a lot of confidence in this company that I can expand my buisness with apliq as my vendor. However once I saw the delivery time and how long it was Going to take I immediately started worrying about having to find another vendor to work with. I don’t want to do that. I would not mind paying extra for quick shipping, it took almost a whole month for these orders to go out. That can be a real buisness killer. I did lose confidence in using apliq as my go to vendor when it took almost a month for my customers to get their stuff. Please improve this I know there is probably many other customers that feel the same. The more time our apparel takes to get to the customer the less enthusiastic and excited they are about it. And less likely to tell others about it or recommend. I hope this is fixed and I hope this review is taken into serious account.

My experience was pretty smooth, I expected delays from the beginning because I'm aware of supply and demand throughout the nation.. the delay was only by one week. Very reasonable, the only thing I didn't care too much about was that there's some speckling in the digital prints. The font of your design or whatever doesn't seem filled in completely with ink. They came out great, but if you're looking to sell high quality pieces I wouldn't recommend the digital prints. They will definitely flake when washed or dried in correctly

Next time I will add instruction as I know you otherwise center everything. Also, I love the idea of custom tags but they were all noticeably sewn in a bit crooked.

The hoodie I purchased for my brand wasn't up to expectations for the price. It is very thin, and wrinkled. The logo is nice, although missing the year, which was told it may be difficult to do if I remember correctly. I want a replacement for a different hoodie, a more thick and fuller feel.

It wasn't super intuitive and there were some glitches when I switched between sweatshirt brands with the same art. First of all, the quality of the woven patches and the products themselves was great! We are very happy with our first order (a test order). We're ready to move forward with ordering more. A couple of issues though: 1) There was a stain on the sweatpants as soon as we opened the package. I took a photo and would be glad to share it. 2) The production time was pretty slow. It took about 2 weeks to receive the products with some woven labels sewn into them. Luckily we're based in LA, so the shipping time itself didn't take too long. I'm anticipating some issues with our customers in the future.

The sweater preview graphic is super tiny when uploading graphics, it made it kind of unclear, so I had to zoom in my browser to see. 2. It would be rad if each category had the videos of y'all trying them out and describing the materials & differences. I found the YouTube page really helpful, but it would have been amazing if everything was easily reachable from the product page. 3. I kept getting emails that said I hadn't approved the artwork, when in reality I had already approved everything. It gave me a bit of anxiety that the prints would be a bit off, since I had a custom placement request that seemed to go through. In the end it was worked out and the prints looked great!

I absolutely love Apliiq. The staff is incredibly helpful. I would like to see a bit more consistency. Most work has been stellar while some others (like printed pockets sewn on crooked, blurred hood print) has been an issue (%30-40 of samples). I would also like to see some upscale packaging options too. Mock-ups without models and higher quality would help greatly, if not lower sample prices. Ordering samples to take photos is a bit pricey. Anyway, I fully support you in your evolution and look forward to future business with much love and appreciation for you all!

The site does seem to have a couple of bugs when approving or reviewing the product which if fixed would smooth out the review process. With that being said, as a creator I wish I could get an actual phone call with someone, especially when I pay the "sample" cost for a product so that I can feel sure that everything is going to come out right. It can be hard to communicate things appropriately through only email or chat. I also would like to be able to discuss things on the phone with someone considering that I am planning to try to build an entire apparel business off of your platform. Also this was my first order and I placed the order on August 15, 2020 and it just arrived today October 5, 2020. I love the job you guys did on the prints...truly A1 quality. There is only issue I have...but it really isn't a complaint. 2 of the 3 tees I ordered were 3XL...one Grey Triblend Bella 3413 and the other Red Triblend Bella 3413. The Grey tee fit much more snug than the Red tee, despite being the same size. These were only samples...so it's not a big deal. However, I am curious to know if there is generally this much size variation between colors and other sizes. I just want to be sure I'm able to provide a consistent fit for my customers once my store is up and running. Thanks!

I sent the design to a different vendor (one that doesn't do private labels) but the graphic was a nice size on the hoodie. Also the brand of hoodie was a 50 50 blend and felt more heavy compared to this 60 40 blend hoodie from apliiq. However, I do love the softness of Apliiqs hoodie.

I am so excited about the apparel I just received! You guys delivered above and beyond my expectations. One of my favorite parts is that an artist helps me with my design and suggests changes if any needs to be made. It’s so helpful having an expert assist me because I know nothing about sizing, pixels, etc. Something I think could be worked on is the clean up of embroidery. It isn’t unwearable but I would prefer the stitching to be super sharp! That is my only suggestion though :) thanks guys!

I loved that an artist was personally handling the design to make sure the uploaded image fit well. It was easy to connect with the artist and see mock ups of various versions for the best design, which is super helpful for custom work! I'm not a huge fan of the interface though. I wish I could just edit a saved project (unless it already exists, then make it easier to understand haha). I also wish the product detail and saved projects had more detail. For example, I wasn't sure that I had selected "embroidery" because it wasn't a detail listed in my saved projects. Little things like that help me have peace of mind that my custom order is what I had in mind. Also, I saved a very similar version of another project and it was hard to differentiate because it's listed as something like "long sleeve shirt" which is really generic. Overall, I'm happy with the products I received and customer service, though! Thank you!

The shirts came out great, almost exactly what I was looking for. The only very minor issues I had were that one of the pockets (for a gray tri-blend shirt) came out white. I had asked for the pockets to match the color of the rest of the shirt (the other 2 came out perfectly), but I understand that not all of the colors can match. Also, is there a type of pocket tee where the material of the pocket is the same as the rest of the shirt? I would prefer a tri-blend pocket on the tri-blend shirt, but this is only a very very minor issue. Finally, I never received a confirmation email, although I did get a $10 promo email and the shipping confirmation email. I was told to reply to the confirmation email with my request to have the pocket color match the shirt, but was able to get the request via the live chat feature on the website. Overall, I am very happy with the shirts I ordered and will definitely be ordering again soon.

Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. However, the turn around time to answer emails needs to get better. Calling is quicker but when you are working or doing other things a call will not always suffice. So customer service could be a little better with responding to emails. Also, not sure if it's on the website but hours of operation would be useful.

A couple minor issues with untrimmed fabric on the women tank tops, and a slighty crooked patch on one hat. Also at times some of the stitching is not straight. The first shipment was excellent! Everything was to expectation. The second shipment was okay, the designs were nice - however the Elohfam Clothing tag was located on the neck and we have built the brand with the tag on the right sleeve. This makes 3 of our shirts "unsellable" for the sake of brand recognition so we're taking a bit of a loss but as long as this doesn't happen again everything should be fine going forward.

The website was very helpful, I appreciated the call to check in about switching the printing style to a better one, and the delivery was very fast! I wish there was a way to receive a better discount as a student group with limited funding, even though the bulk discount did help. The product was really great and I loved the material of the pocket! Some people disliked that the shirts appear longer than standard Gildan shirts and fall past the hip. I'm not sure if this is the style because others don't mind, but if this is true then a note in advance would be appreciated in case some people want to order a size down! Overall the experience was good. My biggest complaint is not receiving a response to my initial inquiry I submitted; however, after following up on your live chat, Bobby made up for it. Quality of product appears to be there. Only issue/concern is that the white appliqué on my hoodie is a different white than what was sewn in as a good liner. The liner is opaque and a true white. The appliqué appears almost translucent and you can see some of the black coming through giving it a greyish color. All in all I'm happy. Now I need to show the guys!

We loved our shirts and dress. They all came out great. The one thing I liked the most about the process was that I had made the artwork to big which according to a staff email would've come out cut off and blurry. I was given the option to have it fixed or keep it the way I had it. Not only was I glad that I was given the option but also had I not responded in time it would've been fixed regardless which was great because I almost missed the 48hr response time. We love everything about the shirts from the texture of the artwork to the quality of the fabric. Only thing we weren't sure on was the sizing. Now we know we should've gone a size smaller but other then our own mistake we are happy about our purchase. Thank you!
