I Used Crocoblock for Two Years – Here’s My Review for 2024

As an online retailer with a WordPress website, I use Elementor for its striking designs and beautiful pages. Just drag and drop things on the page and your website will be ready in no time.

But even with Elementor, you can feel the lack of some elements – some specific plugins that could make your life so much easier. This is where Crocoblock comes in. Crocoblock has the best WooCommerce plugins for Elementor.

Pricing

There are four pricing plans:

• Custom: According to the plugins you choose
• All-inclusive: $199/year for one project. $399/year for unlimited projects
• Freelance lifetime: $750 one time

When you select the Custom plan, you can add the plugins you want to the cart. Each plugin will have its own price. For example, the JetElements plugin will cost you $43/year. You won’t get JetFormBuilder in the Custom plan.

The main plugins for eCommerce are JetEngine, JetSmartFilters, JetBooking, JetWooBuilder, and JetProductGallery. If you add them all to your shopping cart, your total will be $194/year, which is close to the $199/year tab of the All-inclusive plan.

Might as well get the All-inclusive plan that lets you access other plugins for the same cost. Plus you get interactive popups in the All-inclusive plan.

While the Lifetime plan is enticing, many users complain that their customer support gets weak after the first couple of years. So I’ll recommend the yearly subscription instead of a one-time payment.

I like the Crocoblock plugins, but before I put my money in, I always do some investigation about the company.

I’m wary of new companies that haven’t been around for even two years. So here are some details I found about Crocoblock (if you also like to investigate before buying, like me).

I’ve been using Crocoblock for some years and here are some tips I have for you if you’re a new user.

• Use AJAX filters. Crococblock AJAX filters are super cool. You can let your customers filter the feed by price, category, and product attributes, or just search for the name or features of the product.
• Display images creatively. You can use JetProductGallery for it. It lets your users switch between images quickly and easily. It also lets users zoom into the image to see finer details.
• Use popups. You can use popups to give discounts to your users or to inform them of the current deals. However, make sure you don’t use too many because popups can quickly become annoying.

Customer Support

While Crocoblock offers decent support, I’ve heard some users complain about limited support with lifetime plans.

Lifetime plans are the ones where you pay once and access the plugins forever. This is why I use the All-inclusive plan. So far, I haven’t had any problems with support.

I didn’t require any technical assistance with my plugins. I did, however, have a billing issue once which was resolved quickly. In my opinion, Crocoblock offers good customer support for the All-inclusive plan.
